Crescent Multimedia Solutions also offers Service Contracts which provide continued support to ensure system operation and permanence after integration is complete. Crescent Multimedia Solutions service contracts provide pro-active prescheduled site-visits, preventative service calls, onsite support visits and customer satisfaction review meetings.
